To launch the Google Play Store app, you need to have a consumer GMail account associated with your Android device. Your device must be on a Duo-supported version of Android. On your Android smartphone or tablet, launch the Google Play Store app. Tap Get and then Install to download the app. Note: Your device must be on a Duo-supported version of iOS.
